The J/99 is the result of meticulous work based on the extensive offshore experience of J/ boats. With a considerable number of victories and podiums in major offshore races (Middle Sea Race / Fastnet Race / Mackinac Race / Armen Race), the architect relied on the recognized strengths of existing hull designs while adding even greater versatility, notably with increased form stability while maintaining a controlled wetted surface.

One sailboat, multiple programs
The J/99’s deck plan has been optimized to facilitate short-handed maneuvers. All main maneuvers are accessible from the helm station. Several configurations are available: single or twin rudders / bulb keel or flat keel / symmetrical or asymmetrical version. Its light displacement combined with high stiffness and precise handling will allow you to sail with complete confidence.
